Purchasing your molds through our Global Supplier Network insures you will receive cost-effective tooling designed and manufactured to your specifications. Our engineers will manage the project from the start to the final part approvals.

Pro-Mold Inc. has global partners located in China, Taiwan, South Korea, Malaysia, and Portugal. Through these partners we can manage, design and manufacture both prototype and production parts. We can also repair, provide samples, quality and inspect. We can produce production parts in amounts ranging from 40 to 1200 tons, and we provide a warranty.

1	Request For Quotation		Submit a request for quotation directly to Pro-Mold. Include as much information as you can: part prints, part files, equipment specifications, special instructions etc. Using this information we will generate a request to the "best fit" supplier. Once Pro-Mold receives the quotation from the supplier we will submit to you a quotation for the entire project based on this pricing.
2	Pro-Mold Selects Global Supplier		Not every supplier has the the proper resources to handle every type of tool. That is why Pro-Mold has partnered with several global suppliers, each with specific skills and resources. Depending on your specific requirements, Pro-Mold may choose a supplier in Taiwan rather than China. Either way, you can be assured that the best qualified supplier has been selected.
3	Pro-Mold Design		The design is the backbone of every successful tool. That is why the design will be done by Pro-Mold. Pro-Mold Engineers will work closely with you to insure that the specifications are followed exactly as you had intended. With Pro-Mold doing the design the equipment interface and the bill of materials will reflect exactly what you need, and you will review this design prior to build release. This gives the global supplier clear and specific instructions, which translate to a faster startup cycle and a better tool, which means...Better parts!
4	Pro-Mold Manages Tool Build		While the tool is being manufactured, Pro-Mold will be in constant communication with the supplier. This is done through daily correspondence through email and phone. Part of Pro-Mold's tooling vendor qualification procedure is that the supplier must be able to communicate clearly in English. Also, there will be detailed progress reports reflecting milestones, including digital images and movies, if required. Prior to tooling being shipped, the mold is sampled at the supplier. Parts from this sample will be sent to Pro-Mold for review and confirmation that the mold produces a quality part.
5	Pro-Mold Qualifies and Warranties		Tooling that is manufactured by Pro-Mold's global suppliers is shipped directly to Pro-Mold. Pro-mold will inspect the the tooling and sample the mold in our equipment prior to shipment to your facility. If there are any issues or changes, Pro-Mold has the resources to do whatever is required. Tooling often needs to be qualified in the customer's equipment prior to final approvals. Once all approvals are met, Pro-Mold can do any plating or hardening that may be required. Tooling manufactured through the above method through Pro-Mold's Global Supplier Network will carry all of Pro-Mold's warranties.
