Pro-Mold every job is assigned to an experienced Project Engineer
who will take ownership and manage the project from start to
finish. This engineer is the single point of contact for our
customers, vendors and mold makers. Communication down to the smallest detail is clear and correct throughout the process, insuring that issues are translated as they were
intended.

design. Our design process includes working closely with the customer to
assess part designs, provide improvements where needed, and offer
ongoing communication and follow-up throughout the project development
cycle. We believe these efforts are essential to the manufacture of a
first quality mold or tool.
Checkpoints and Monitoring
Our
business practice demands that our tool and mold makers possess the most
up-to-date knowledge base and thorough understanding of the latest
technology. In addition, we develop several checkpoints as a means of
monitoring each project as it moves through the various design and
manufacturing stages in order to
assess quality, monitor inspections,
and provide the highest level of customer service possible.
